Refinance went through as well as could have been expected. I consolidated 2 loans into one and there was some trouble with one of them. The loan servicer wouldn't provide a payoff amount to me and Neil was able to get in contact with them and got me the form I needed. This was exceptionally helpful in my time of need and I really appreciate everything they did for me. Thanks again.
First off, I would like to say that Mr. Parry was heaven sent to get this deal done. After working with three other lenders who basically didn’t know what they were doing and tried to offer me loan products that benefitted them.
