Closing was difficult w regards to missing key components from HOA and had to be rescheduled. My lender from Sunflower Bank, Kelly McReynolds took charge in final days virtually alone and quickly found necessary information and also obtained an additional $2500 grant and was considerate, and frank about the challenges HOA presented! So thankful and appreciative of her efforts!
