I just moved to San Antonio and I'm here for contract work so I don't have any family to pick me up from any medical emergencies that I might have. Well I ended up needing a surgery to be done and I didn't have anybody to pick me up. Called these guys and the whole process was really smooth and they were there on time and even came earlier after I called and requested them to last minute. Incredible professionalism, amazing drivers . Priscilla,Nicolette and Will. Everyone always has a positive energy & great attitudes .
Love the drivers, but the pick up time is awful. I called for them to pick up my mom from her appointments at 11:34 AM. They didn't get there until an hour later. This isn't the first time. Every time my mom has an appointment and they come to pick us up from the appointment. It takes at least thirty to forty five minutes.
