Maybe they should be more direct in there understanding they only drive to your appointments not for every day activities also 13$ for one way is dumb very pricey for one way and also kinda ridiculous for there rules and regulations
Guardian is more than professional they are also warm and caring to their passengers. The owner Denis keeps in touch with the family to keep you up to date and always asks how Mom is doing. When he found out Mom was supposed to have constant oxygen he pursed it with the facility she was in and made sure when she was picked up that she had a full oxygen bottle on the back of the wheelchair.
