Horrible customer service. They changed my delivery date and didn't even call me to let me know. When I called she tried to say that I had changed the date. Went and picked my stuff from them myself. Found out they had a truck break down(there employee said) so all deliveries were rescheduled. If they had just told me that, it wouldn't have been as bad. But when you outright lie to me, I'm done with you. No accountability.
I ordered a single PC from Dell and for some reason they outsourced it to TransExpedite, who in turn outsourced to Guardian. Not only was the PC 10 days late, but the first delivery time, they tried to drop off a 90lb pallet of over a dozen boxes. Their dispatcher was very abrupt on the phone and acted like I was inconveniencing them, 0 stars for the dispatcher. Steer clear of this "company". The single Gold Star is for the final driver who had no idea there was an issue beforehand and was very polite and apologetic.
Received a text that my delivery was scheduled for Wednesday with a window of 4 hours, they never showed. At the end of the day on Wednesday, received a text that my delivery was scheduled for Thursday, with another window of 4 or so hours. The items were placed in the same exact spot that they were delivered to. I got a text that the driver was on their way. At the end of the day on Thursday, my items were never picked up and I haven’t heard anything from this company. Absolutely unreliable service. Don’t waste your time.
Just had a sauna delivered. The Hub group and Spreetail tracking were no help trying to get package here in a window. Gaurdian logistics sent me text with window of delivery night before and map with delivery time that morning. Drivers were early and polite. Package looks fine. Will find out if ok when put it together, but local company did there job here in Greenville SC Thanks
