We used Guardian Law (Utah) to set up our family estate plan. This is not an easy process, as it requires a lot of pre-work and communication. The professionals and par legals were very good at communicating with us and ensured the correct documents, verbiage, and wishes were properly captured. I have been quite impressed with Guardian Law and what I've seen with my interactions with their staff. It's clear they are focused on protecting families. Everyone is in sync with their mission and the attention to detail is unmatched. 100% would recommend again and again and again. It's a law firm that should be very proud of what they do and how they accomplish it.
This seems to be a scam. I purchased a package from them for some business planning (I am a small business owner), then never heard back from them. I finally reached someone who said they could issue a refund since I was not receiving services, for which I had paid. The refund was never issued. That was in March, and it's now the end of September. I will have to escalate this as they took my money and then ghosted me.
I worked with Ella wolfly to finish my estate plan. She called me whenever I needed too and was quick at responding to emails. I would highly recommend her as a paralegal
