My name is Muuse and I was a tenant at Guardian. I was bullied by the manager Lynne Clarke, and a support worker named Bilal. Shujat and Sid were involved too. These 4 people are deeply unethical, and if you are being bullied by them you must contact Council Exempt (this is a branch of Birmingham City Council that supervises supported housing). You must also contact the Director of Guardian Housing, and the Owner of Guardian Housing. My review is too long. I need to cut it down but it's so hard because I have so much to say ... read more
Had bad experience of several tenants. However the staff from my experience have been great. The two properties I have been in have had WiFi, shared fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, some utensils, in your personal room there have been a wardrobe, chest of drawers, brand new bedding, including flat sheet, quilt, quilt cover, pillow and case.
