As I have to Guardian Headache & Pain Management Institute for years and they have taken extremely great care of me. As I developed great back pain had surgery and haven't seen them about three months. I'm hoping that I can see them soon as I am recommended to pain management. Love Christine and absolutely helps make you more comfortable. Honestly, I have had a terrible experience with Guardian Headache & Pain Management's professionalism and care. At first, all was well and it seemed as if the team really cared about trying to help me. This changed when their provider moved out of state several months ago. I was called, informed that the doctor had left the state and that the practice was working on getting a new provider credentialed. I am so disappointed with Guardian. While I've been a patient for several years. Was treated horribly when trying to schedule a procedure. I don't know if it was the receptionist, but I do know ow her name is Nancy. She was condescending, rude, and threatened me. Told me I was out of line when I got impatient with her attitude and tone.
