I am so disappointed with Guardian. While I've been a patient for several years. Was treated horribly when trying to schedule a procedure. I don't know if it was the receptionist, but I do know ow her name is Nancy. She was condescending, rude, and threatened me. Told me I was out of line when I got impatient with her attitude and tone. I absolutely love this place. Treated nicely when I arrive and my nurse Kristy is very kind and caring. Makes me feel what I have to say is very important. Never rushes me. Listens to all I have to say and Lord knows I can talk LMBO 🤣 Truley feel I am under great care. Thankyou everyone
