We are tourists, when i bought 4 hatamogi facial wash, we pay by cash. The total is about 52 MYR. We give 100 MYR. The staff very rude , tell us, u dont have small change? With very rude tone and attitude like we owe her something and very angry face. Come on. This is big chain guardian, if u dont accept cash, then PUT IT IN FRONT OF YOUR GATE! 1st April went to get this product. I asked the lady in that skincare section (wearing white) for sure she represented the product that if they have a tester on this particular sunscreen cos I saw 3 testers (the same) on other type on sunscreen on the shelf. I think they put too much tester for one type or mistakenly thought it was different type. So with her grumpy face she went to check, back and forth twice and come said with boring tone simply no testers. -.- . Well it’s disappointing and Im too damn done to interact.

For the Chinese pharmacist lady, she can go at wet market kerja, communication lousy, rude, customer care none. She thinks she superior? Check your CCTV how she answered questions with her tone and body language.
