Payed by car off after 3 years. Don't do deferments accrues interest also don't tell you about late fees that you accrue also accrues interest. Won't release title until Paid also said if not paid in 30 days will report to credit bureau. There customer service representatives are very rude. Will never ever ever use them again. They act like during covid they were helping you when in real life really wasnt.
Absolute garbage. Blows your phone up multiple times a day, whether you are late or not. Repossessed our car during covid-19 pandemic when we had already been in contact and made arrangements with them while my wife had lost both of her jobs. Now that her jobs are finally open again, they repossessed her car with our 4 month old baby’s stroller and car seat in the back. zero stars but 1 bis the lowest i could give this particular branch has a bunch of underhanded people they bought my car note 2 years with about 6 months payments left no doubt to try to swoop in and reposess it little did they know the vehicle was blown up and hadn't even been driven since October i always had autopay before they took it over and never missed a payment but autopay didnt transfer to them and payment got behind talked to them about surrendering it and the keys on the weekend and went out for the day came back... read more

Before the assignment, Guardian sent out welcome letters and ways for customers, including complainant, to make their payments. The letters also provided Guardian’s contact information.
