Had two different loans over 7 years with a good experience. Just found out that they will be shutting down over the next couple of years. Now I'll have to find a new company that's not a scam. Customer service was also top notch.
Website is garbage, automated payments do not work, checking your payment history causes an error every time, will call you all the time even if you're not late, wont notify you when you are. Some payments just will not go through and wont let you know until its late. Custom service-subpar Honesty and integrity-lacking Website- halfway functional Recomend- never Use again- never
Great service. They can usually get you approved when others can't when it comes to car loans. Have had multiple loans with this company. Will continue to use in the future.
Terrible place! Once you pay off a loan, they will deny deny deny, then when you threaten legal term they provide THE WRONG TITLE INFO making it where I CANT GET A TITLE! If you want to give youre money to CROOKS who are shady by all means! Wish I could leave a negative star because this company isnt even worth Half a star! DO NOT USE GUARDIAN FINANCE COMPANY!!!!!!
