They literally locked the doors AN HOUR EARLY AS I WAS TRYING TO WALK IN to get a new card after suspected fraud. When I went to the window they told me I had to wait THE WEEKEND to come back and get a new one, making me late on bills. Will be finding a new bank, can’t cuss or it’ll get removed but they make me want to. Just garbage business!
This bank stole about $45 from me about 4 years ago when they double-charged me on a purchase. After they refused to refund the 2nd transaction (even after I had provided receipts and evidence from the merchant), I then switched to another CU.
