Can't say enough good things about my experience opening a new bank account at Guardian. Megan and Kylie went far beyond what any bank or credit union employee has ever done for me, or any employee of any business for that matter. I had to run several errands that morning that had my two littles in car seats for hours on and off. They were very ready to get out and run around. So I made a quick stop at the Guardian Credit Union atm today ( or so I thought). Very hot outside so I left my car unlocked and running. Problem is, my door handle has been giving me trouble the last couple of weeks. The door wouldn't open when I returned, and even though there is a safety feature which won't let the door lock when keys are inside, I was locked out. Meg was great and continuously offered help in every scenario! she was so nice and genuinely wanted to help!!! highly recommend her for any of your banking/loan needs!
Heather was wonderful and the whole branch has awesome Customer Service and very tentative
