I love this Branch the ladies always take good care of me. I been a member since 2003 high recommend this bank
Shannon Beattie is the best! She has always been there for my children. From filling out a deposit slip to advice on scholarships to fraud on their accounts. Shannon is so helpful and she is always there for them. They plan on staying with Guardian as young adults because they see the care your team members show! You are all family!
Do not bank with this credit union and specifically this location. They love to nickel and dime. I did not want to renew the safe deposit box and came 2 months late that is my own fault due to medical reasons. They still want to charge $12 even though they can just waive it. Thank God that I am closing all my accounts and leaving this awful credit union. I wasn’t in my right mind when entering the bank attempting to take of some things for my mom. Shannon was spot on and was able to assist. She was so calm and professional it helped me to calm myself down. My mom loved this branch and I see why.
Pay my mortgage here once a month. Overall the tellers are unwelcoming, robotic and impersonal. Paid my January mortgage payment and teller #2033 did not greet me, talk to me during the transaction and just slid me my paper receipt w out saying a word. It’s like their tellers have had no customer service training. I’m already dreading having to go there to make my February payment. :(
