My account was compromised and everyone was very helpful. Started with Britney, then Ashley and finished with Shannon at the Falls branch. Can't thank them enough.
I love this Branch the ladies always take good care of me. I been a member since 2003 high recommend this bank
Shannon Beattie is the best! She has always been there for my children. From filling out a deposit slip to advice on scholarships to fraud on their accounts. Shannon is so helpful and she is always there for them. They plan on staying with Guardian as young adults because they see the care your team members show! You are all family!
Do not bank with this credit union and specifically this location. They love to nickel and dime. I did not want to renew the safe deposit box and came 2 months late that is my own fault due to medical reasons. They still want to charge $12 even though they can just waive it. Thank God that I am closing all my accounts and leaving this awful credit union. Just horrible service overall especially from Shannon and the Indian woman, I did not catch her name but deplorable service. I do want anything to do with this credit union ... read more
