Our child has been attending Guardian Arthur Street since he was seven months old and is now about to start Kindy next year. We couldn't be happier with our experience. The educators are incredibly attentive and caring, making sure that each child feels supported and valued. I had a bad experience at this childcare center. The director, Yvvone, and another educator, Lydia, were rude and unwelcoming. The cleanliness was terrible—the kids’ sink was blocked, and educators were shouting at children. This is not what you’d expect from a place responsible for caring for children. I would not recommend this center to other parents. They need to improve their staff’s behavior and address hygiene issues to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for kids.

I regret to say that my experience with the childcare center run by Yvonne was disappointing. Both the director and educators displayed rudeness during my interactions with them. Additionally, I observed a concerning lack of scaffolded practice among the educators, which is crucial for children’s development. I hope these issues can be addressed promptly to ensure a better experience for all children and parents involved.

Yvonne, the center director, exhibited unacceptable behavior during my visit—being rude, unfriendly, and even resorting to screaming. Such unprofessionalism detracts from the overall atmosphere and raises concerns about the childcare quality. Disappointing experience.
