Beyond 100% Satisfied – I strongly recommend Angel Anile and Noel Gevers when working with Guardian Angel Mortgage. Honest, Reliable and Genuine – I was being swindled by a Builder in town and was at a loss as to what to do or how to get out of the bad situation. I called Guardian Angel just to ask some questions about the mortgage I was getting from the Builder. Noel helped me for 2 straight days, never knowing if I was even going to ever give him any business. Great service, lowest fees I could find, friendly, helpful people – These people were really good to me- helped me qualify, steered me to a realtor who really knew the area where I was looking to buy. Explained the process- never talked over my head, made sure I understood everything I was signing. Got me a low rate and fees were less than other lenders. And did it in a tough market. Angel really went over and above and beyond for me. If I ever need to refi or buy another house, I'll go back to them.
Please don't go here - unethical business practices - hidden fees – I believe any other place in the world would give you better service and be more up front with you. I think they are unethical and will tell you anything to reel you in. ANYWHERE would be better.
