This review is based on communication from customer service through email. As a new account holder I had several question about account holds. The reasons and times. I sent emails with my questions. Each email was answered in a timely professional manner with all my questions answered in a polite timely manner. It is nice to know in the future I will receive answers to any future questions I may have regarding my accounts.
Account was opened up to manage a rental property out of state. Try to get a hold of anybody at a local branch. All you get is the runaround extremely disrespectful rude will be closing my account and definitely would not recommend using this credit union.
They have some of worst customer service I've ever experienced - bad enough that I've closed my accounts.
Worst experience ever trying to get a hold of a human or even a branch location sit on hold for 45 min to get disconnected or transferred to another dept to be put on hold again worst ever
