Worst! Unless you are over 52, my age, stay away from this company. They bought our mortgage and have had the worst experience with them. Nothing is easy. Finally, they sold the mortgage, and we cant get tax statements. Worse than wells fargo!!!
Worked with David Hammett and felt confident in his 31 years of experience. Very nice guy, but very misinformed. We relocated across the country and he had our work history months in advance, I even asked him as we were preparing to make offers if there's anything else needed on our end. He was 10000% confident that we were FHA eligible, and sure enough, he calls us as we're under contract (~2 weeks before closing) telling us the gaps in our work history make us ineligible for FHA. I wish I would have read all the bad reviews prior I already closed on my house and now I'm afraid they will do something shady after closing they're still sending me emails and stuff to sign which I never had happend before this is my 6th mortgage I close on and I never had this happen before it was also the most painfull process of them all
GHMC's customer service is the difference maker! They take the time work through any problems with you to come to the best solution possible!
