Absolutely the best bank I’ve ever had for both business and personal! Love the people there very straight forward and always a pleasure to deal with.
Love the bank. The branch in downtown memphis ran by Jason is great ! I have all my business accounts and personal accounts with the bank. I also purchased my home through the downtown Hernando branch with Eddie. Everyone I work with at this bank turns out to be great. Will always have my business if they keep this level of customer service. Also I love being able to pick the phone up and get a real live person on the line immediately. Makes banking so much easier.
