Worse bank ever. I have overdraft protection my paycheck covers it each time. I had a bit of hard times I needed to overdraft my money and my first pay check from my new job didn't cover it so I asked a friend to cash app me the money and I'll give it right back and this bank decides to hold it and take away my overdraft when I spoke to the lady on the phone she said "the system holds it for 24 hours" and its been more than 2 days. We were a loyal customer to this bank for the past 12 YEARS, and then all of a sudden, the bank received a new management and it all went under. She is so rude and always gave us a hard time when it came to checks. Unfortunately, she have decided that, with almost no notice, to close our ALL our accounts, both business and personal. With no real reason. With all due respect to the tellers, they've tried their best and we never had a problem with them. Unfortunately, they have decided that, with almost no notice, to close our business accounts. With no real reason. With all due respect to the tellers, they've tried their best but clearly they are under new management and drop us like nothing. DO NO GO TO THIS BANK! It's not worth the headache.
