BAD Customer service. I have been on hold for 4 days, trying to access my account!!!
What a local, home town bank should be. Quality services and consummate professionalism. Update: February 2026 what was once a great local bank that I've been with for over 3 years has sold out to glacier Bank out of Montana the transition has been atrocious. The services they offered have been changed for the worse. Don't try and get ahold of them because that's nearly impossible. They have botched the transition completely. Banked at Royse city location 15yrs . Service is continuously getting worse. Dont recommend it. Customer service management needs to be replaced . Call center i was on hold with 30min . Rude and hung up on me after waiting at 4pm closing.
This bank does not do any kind of currency exchange. I’m not sure how since every other bank in Texas will do that for you.
