After 20 years of doing business my husband will be closing all his accounts and never returning to this bank. His check is in the account but they refuse to let us have access to it until 3 days from now. When I asked why they would not give me an answer. not the best bank. was once before they got too big.
After being a customer for 3 years, I've decided to switch banks due to negative experiences with the management. Unfortunately, I encountered discriminatory behavior from Jay and Trent, who treated black customers unfairly. Their unprofessional conduct made me feel unwelcome and undervalued. If you're seeking a bank with a respectful and inclusive environment, I recommend considering other options.
Why in heavens name would any bank close at 3pm every day? The drive-thru is open later but some business can't be conducted through the drive through. Day shift people can't get to the bank by 3.
