After 20 years of doing business my husband will be closing all his accounts and never returning to this bank. His check is in the account but they refuse to let us have access to it until 3 days from now. When I asked why they would not give me an answer. Not to mention the customer service is absolutely ridiculous. I have been handling my husband account for over a year due to to his blindness and the same teller who uses to call me by name when I came in now wants to act like she has never meet me.
