not the best bank. was once before they got too big.
After being a customer for 3 years, I've decided to switch banks due to negative experiences with the management. Unfortunately, I encountered discriminatory behavior from Jay and Trent, who treated black customers unfairly. Their unprofessional conduct made me feel unwelcome and undervalued. If you're seeking a bank with a respectful and inclusive environment, I recommend considering other options.
Why in heavens name would any bank close at 3pm every day? The drive-thru is open later but some business can't be conducted through the drive through. Day shift people can't get to the bank by 3.
Apparently the drive through hours are not correct at this location. If you say that you are opening drive thru at 8 am you need to have your people her and ready before 8. I've been waiting for over 20 minutes for them to open along with another car. Either correctly update your hours or schedule your people correctly.
Gotta love going to the bank, giving them cash to deposit into your account and leaving with less money in your account versus the amount of cash you gave.when we said some thing they counted down the drawer but the same teller who took the deposit counted down her own drawer while no one was watching her. Yup, makes perfect sense.
