Richard P was the person who opened my account at the branch @ 16475 Dallas Pkwy. I moved to Dallas Sat July 31. I knew I needed a local bank, so I looked online & chose this one. Richard was nice and helpful and friendly. I had a very good experience
I work in the same building as guarantee bank ( Addison) this whole process was taken care of via email in no time at all. Everyone in the office is super nice and helpful. As a joke , I didn’t get my toaster tho, lol
