Really good bank the staff are really friendly
We have been banking at this location since 2001, long before it was Guaranty, but I must say that the current staff are all amazing! As soon as I walk into the lobby, I am greeted by name, which is pretty impressive as I don't have to go in very often. Jordan is always professional, engaging and efficient, and there needs to be more people like her in the world! Thank you Guaranty for providing something completely opposite from the cold, detached experience most of the larger banks provide.
We had an amazing experience with Guaranty! We received a loan from the Hallsville establishment and ended up changing banks. From start to finish they were very professional! Terri, Michelle, Sandy, and Jordan are absolutely amazing and I cannot talk about their kindness enough!
