What a great bank! Everyone is so friendly and quick to get things done. Downgraded because of how this bank changed our app and all login info seemingly without sending us an email, a letter or any notification at all. This is a HORRIBLE way for a bank to do business. We will be leaving this bank very soon.
(Edit: I appreciate the bank's representative reaching out with a phone call to help restore my online banking app and login information. I left a star off because I believe clients should have never been put in that position in the first place.) Absolutely ridiculous. I hope whatever prompted these sudden changes is worth losing customers. The abrupt change of debit cards, and now the app!? SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I have banked with a lot of banks but none of them come close to the service Guaranty Bank gave me and my brother when we opened up a business account. Celeste was so professional and very easy to work with and helped us with all the questions we had.
