Terrible experience so far. I've called in before to correct the processing of debit transactions because they don't know how to minimize overdraft fees on their own, been told they have "no control" over their own network processes. Ordered a replacement debit card a month ago and because I didn't micromanage the process myself after 3 weeks went by had to call in to find out my replacement request wad never processed even though I spoke to 2 customer service reps who assured me they would send it off.I'm now in the process... read more
