I saw they removed my reveiw , after 14 years with hometown bank , these guys took over and continually over drafted my account because of new fees , i cant even remember all the bad things they did , the last straw was when we put money into my daughters account to send to our other daughter and after , they said they had no record of the deposit of $50 . We had the receipt ! This is the most corrupt , greedy bank i have ever used and i have had accounts in almost every bank in neosho for business's . The branch manager act... read more
The staff at the Neosho branch are incredible. They are very personable and have taken the time to really know my family. Because of their care and concern, they kept my elderly mom from being frauded in a scam. And they take great care of my elderly brother, who comes into the bank daily. Great bank with a personal touch.
