I've never been treated with such disdain and suspicion at a bank before in my life. I was hassled every time I tried to cash a check (until mobile deposit kicked in). Funds were never available when they were supposed to be, I just got the run around and had to wait up to 5 days for my money - this was after the probationary period. Very slow I mean short bus
Extremely slow service every time I come. Today I hit a record high of 27 minutes in the drive thru...wasted gas...ended up turning off my car to further avoid that so I sat in the cold instead. Staff is unfriendly and seem to not know what they are doing half the time. Very irritating.
I have never had a worse experience then I've had with this specific guaranty bank location. severly understaffed and lack training.
