Every time I turn around I am always going through changes with this bank. That's the one constant thing going on with this bank changes! They charge you for EVERYTHING! Even a notary which when it was Guarantee the didn't charge for customers. I deposited a check for over 4K and they turn around and disable my card, because I haven't used it in awhile and they don't even send me a letter to let me know - when I'm overdrawn they sure send one!
This bank is horrible has been stealing my deceased husbands money for over a year! They told me his wife that the account was negative but every month they send a statement showing where they are deducting monthly fees! I wasn't on the account but i wrote letters to close it which supposed to have happened, i would like to take them to court but i'm too poor to do it! I check my online statement daily, with my checkbook. Always correct. A few days ago there was a $40.96 discrepancy (in their favor). I called to go over it with them, got a woman that only read the statement . I told her that the deposits and withdrawals in my checkbook match the statement online! But there is still a difference. She refused to run the two totals on her end. I asked for a paper copy of my statement so I could check it off with my checkbook. She tells me it’s a $7.00 fee for a statement! I loved it when it was Guarantee Bank. The switch went horribly, brick and mortars used to be all over with great customer service. Now there is only one B&M location I know of in Racine or SE Mil and I dont think it's the employees fault but customer service sucks. ATM is broke more then works + hidden fees for checking balance and bank is no longer open on Sunday so anyone with a 9 to 5 is basically screwed. Been with Gurantee for 17 yrs and now want to switch.
I can never tell how much I have in checking. The customer service sucks and you have to pay a dollar to talk talk to them and .50 cents just to check your balance. I'm changing banks. Loved it when it was guaranty bank. No issues then.
