I have been in most banks in SW MO. and have found Hometown to be the friendliest, most accomodating of all. Most banks seem to have forgotten that without the customer, they will not exist. Some have just simply gotten too big to pay attention to the customer and detail. Most just do not have time for follow-up, but, not Hometown. This applies double for those big city and out of state banks with which I have delt. I am glad I found Hometown!
