Extremely friendly and helpful staff every time I go in, or use the drive thru. Always a pleasure going inside, as they treat you more like family, than a customer!!
Charge excessive fees and majority are avoidable, they are just greedy. Don't process credits and deposits correctly. Try to get assistance and they treat you like you are stupid then make threats. They've ripped us off 'thousands' in just 6 months' time and we are elderly on a strict budget. They have put us in a hole and have made paying bills and living impossible. Greedy and predatory bank.
