Charge excessive fees and majority are avoidable, they are just greedy. Don't process credits and deposits correctly. Try to get assistance and they treat you like you are stupid then make threats. They've ripped us off 'thousands' in just 6 months' time and we are elderly on a strict budget. They have put us in a hole and have made paying bills and living impossible. Greedy and predatory bank.
I been a customer with guaranty bank mostly the McClelland branch for a long time before guaranty bank came in, I been to all 3 of the branches and the employees at all of them are very friendly and welcomes you by your name when you come inside or drive thru. This is joplin mo area and I wouldn't change that. I have a account for a gentlemen I take care of on his behalf.if anyone is looking for a bank come to guaranty bank you will be 100% percent satisfied. Thank you guaranty for everything you do for your customers.....

Guaranty Bank has been wonderful working with. Have been waiting since 9/8 for our bank to send dispute paperwork to Guaranty as their ATM kept some of our cash that we were depositing. We bank at a different bank. Our bank ended up closing our claim as they couldn't or wouldn't help us. It took guaranty bank 6 hrs and they had us a check printed giving us our money back.
I was the beneficiary of my mothers accts and they would not give me the money I had to pay for an attorney and even after her accounts were frozen they wee still charging service fees on her accts I took every penny out of my accts would never trust them greedy bank they make their money charging fees on dead people's accts you are dealing with enough when a loved one dies and they made it much worse .
