Dan and his team were so helpful during our entire process. They were able to help guide us to understand each step and were always available to take our calls for any questions we had. I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and now we have a great home!
Dan Rock and his entire team did an amazing job helping to completely inform my husband and I for our very first mortgage loan. If we ever sent an email, we would get a quick response and if we ever called they would answer our questions. They did their best to move our process as fast as possible as we were on a deadline with my husbands company to move. I look forward to hopefully working with them again in the future.
Compared the prices between a few different lenders and Dan Rock at Guaranteed Rate was by far the cheapest option. I have a coworker in the process of buying a house as well and she showed me her closing disclosure... i was in shock when i compared it to mine because she was paying almost double what i paid and she has a cheaper house, with cheaper taxes, etc... PICK THESE GUYS FOR YOUR LENDER
