I do not recommend working with Wil Glidewell for your mortgage needs. To keep it short we provided updated closing numbers around two weeks before closing. He failed to provide the updated closing numbers to the underwriter. This was not noticed until hours after closing, after we had already begun to move in. He then made no attempt to take responsibility for the situation and instead chose to harass us as we were moving in and even attempted to blame the title company and other entities for his failure.
