Ryan Boody over at Guaranteed Rate (The lender with a purple hat) was amazing! I like to ask a lot of questions and rather talk than text. As a first time home buyer, I needed much more. It took their office 5 days to communicate with me after I agreed to do business with them. They literally almost cost me my deal. Mike Brustad and his staff had some good excuses once they came back in contact with me and my realtor, but their unfriendliness and lack of remorse for almost causing me to lose the very first home I had ever put an offer on in my life, made me decide to take my business elsewhere.
