Kevin & his team are very thorough and in the end, they helped us get the home we really wanted. Kevin himself is very professional and personable. The only reason for my 3 star rating is because our realtor that recommended us to Kevin was and is the worst realtor/contractor/builder in Florence County. One specific detail was swept under the rug at our closing and it wasn’t communicated to us- an important detail that the lender/underwriter, realtor, and law firm did not tell us about.
