I had a great experience working with these girls and guys. It was a once-in-a-lifetime buying experience. Would highly recommend
Literally the worst. They changed my contract the day of the signing with no notice after I had pre signed my material. They bypassed the creation of an escrow account and claimed they paid the taxes as a "discount" to me. Then no escrow account was created and they refunded all of my payments to that account and incurred fees and put my property into delinquency by not paying the taxes after having signed contracts stating they would pay my property taxes out of the escrow account they were supposed to create.
