I would shout this recommendation from the rooftops if I could! Laura and Katelynn were so helpful for every step of the way. I had called many brokers and bank mortgage lenders to see if they would be a good fit and I was always frustrated. Not with Guaranteed Rate. Laura is extremely knowledgeable and was able to ease my anxiety through the whole process. Love them!

Absolute worst experience of all time. Not just worst mortgage company, worst company I have ever dealt with period. Changed rate weeks before closing. did not show up for closing. Constant miscommunications on insurance., errors on their end. Worst customer service response. Took from escrow 3x erroneously. Best day ever when Chase Mortgage took over account.
Gave us a lot of snacks, excellent service and were very friendly. Great experience. Great snacks.
