I experienced the worst customer service at this business. I initially visited this location on 08/17/25. What was supposed to be a twenty (20) minutes visit turned into a 2 1/2 hour wait to simply change my phone's battery. I was told that the cost of repair would be $126.62 and I needed to pay upfront. I immediately voiced that was strange to pay for services prior to service rendered. Peter the store clerk later informed me that it wasn't the battery but charging port which needed to be replaced. Reallyyy grateful for finding thisss placeee! My phone just died at latee at night and I thought there’s no hopeee to find someone who could fix it at that hourrr. Then I found this placeee! They even came to my place at 3am!!! And fixed it right away! Super grateful for thattt! The craziest thing was they even gave me a bonus cable and lowered the price 🥹 thank youu so muchhh! This place is really reliable and I’d totally recommend it to everyone!!
