This is one of the worst repair shops I have ever dealt with. They have no respect for customers, and they do not provide real customer service. They only try to take your money, and when something goes wrong, they refuse to accept any responsibility or listen to complaints. A good business should treat customers with honesty and respect. Absolutely outstanding service! I arrived after closing with a broken phone and called the number on the door. The technician kindly opened the shop late just to help me. He was welcoming, professional, and repaired both the front and back of my phone quickly while also giving me a fair price. Truly exceptional customer service highly recommended!
