i had bad experience.my phone creaked screen i told them to change with cheapest they fixed.I paid bill and back in car i look the screen screen is defected i go back and i told them to change withe high quality they refused to negotiate with price they told me high price. because Am already paid money for the cheaper one. so don’t have a another option to go somewhere to buy new screen i will be pay more money and already paid for cheaper one. they made me sad
We went to get our Samsung A12 screen replaced and it was very affordable, replaced within 30 minutes. Best customer service I've ever encountered. Take this as your sign to visit them!

Just called to inquire about a sim tray for an iPhone 11 Pro Max, I was told they were in stock. When I asked a price range for the item the man on the phone responded “We don’t talk about that” I hung up and went to a phone store down the street!😂 You’re crazy if you think I’m driving to get a price from you! Save your time and go down the street to plugged in wireless where they’ll give great customer service AND they’ll tell you the price of the item over the phone without an added attitude❤️
