We have obtained residential financing 4 times in the last two years. My biggest regret is that we didn't know Troy for the first 3. The team at Guarantee Mortgage were excellent to work with, They explained the entire process and able to handle all document requirements electronically and very quickly. It was my first time doing a direct seller to buyer home purchase and Troy and Colton made the process seamless. We were able to close very quickly and all financing and closing documents were exactly what we were told to expect.
