Over the past 20 yrs that I have been a customer of Sunset Loans, never have I had a negative experience. If fact the customer service has been, and is, exceptional! Carolyn @ Sunset in Beaumont makes everyone feel welcome. I appreciate her friendly yet no nonesense demeanor. Sunset has helped me out alot and I would like to continue our business as long as possible even though I dont need it as much, as now retired. Anyway thought I'd take a moment to give credit where due. Have a blessed day.

they are annoying keep calling me from multiple number for the last month with unprofessional way although I've never been their customer and I said to them very clearly that this is wrong number !!!! be careful , probably they are scam !!!!

I had an account with Guarantee Loans back in 2009. I had no late fees, paid my acct on time today when I called they told me my acct. was a dma acct. When I asked for a reason she told me she could not tell me. I have other loans and pay them before the due date, I am in need of a corporate number or supervisor number.
