I do not recommend this practitioner. Red flag #1: On the day I scheduled my appointment Mr Fang expressed dissatisfaction about how much my insurance provider would pay him. I offered to find another practitioner because I didn't want him to feel like he was going to be under paid for my care. He insisted I come to his office for care anyway. Dr Fang is a well rounded, capable and patient physician. I saw him for lower back injury, spine and neck and shoulder pain. I'm very satisfied for his service. I would recommend him for Chinese medicine, spine, bone, soft tissues treatment. He accepts some medical insurance.
Not very friendly at all. I couldn't believe it. Rude and very impatient, didn't listen to anything I had to say and not friendly.
Heard bad things about this place. But I’m not in a believer. I used my class pass to book a session for massage, 2 days ago. Then I get a message saying they can’t accommodate and I should choose different date. When I tried to rebook, the price for the credit doubled the amount. I think it’s poor business tactic and I have never heard of a massage parlor cancel an appointment last minute.
