Highly skilled doctor! I am glad to find him in my early stage of "frozen shoulder" and he helped me relaxed it in my very first session and saved me from a potential very painful 6 months - watching youtube videos, all suggested it takes a minimal of 6 months to get slightly better. Highly recommend!
I was having terrible pain in my hip and could not figure out how help it heal. I tried yoga and chiropractors and it would feel better temporarily. Plagued me for months. I have been suffering from trigger point pain in my upper back and shoulder blades for about a year. I went to several appointments through Kaiser and while my doctor did try to help me to manage my pain, it's mostly been through prescription meds which have not proven to be very effective for me.
