I have only had wonderful experiences at GCU! I have only been in twice but I have been helped twice by Amanda and she has been kind, helpful, informative, and speedy - she even remembered me!
I recently left a bad review because I was upset that I didn't get a call back. Well I just found out I was calling a number that didn't go directly to Las Vegas. The bank manager Deborah Sanchez called me this morning She was the sweetest lady and I feel so bad that I had to jump back on to change my review. I am impressed that I got a phone call about my review. Thank you Mrs. Deborah for addressing it so quickly.
My experience with Guadalupe Credit Union has been excellent. My loan officer Dario was professional, prompt and straight-forward in presenting information and answering any questions I asked. He also gave me options that fit what help I needed better than what options I thought that I had available. It is nice to know that there are credit unions who will treat you like family. Would recommend Guadalupe CU and my loan officer to anyone needing financial help
Dario is the best! Makes anything I do through the GCU quick and smooth. Always helpful and willing to answer any questions I throw his way.
