Very worthless bank. They said they needed to place a hold on my wife’s check even though she had more than enough money in her bank account, our other bank had no problem cashing the check. We will definitely be closing our accounts and going elsewhere. The guy at the drive through was rude and it’s sad they couldn’t make an exception for a client who’s been with them for more than 5 years.
Please permit me to express my experience I encountered at Guadalupe Credit Union on Friday August 8. I had called Ms. Angelica Garcia on Thursday August 7 to make an appointment regarding my accounts for Friday (the following day). She directed me to see Jorge Mariscal. When I arrived for my appointment Mr. Mariscal had ALL my paperwork READY to be discussed. I was impressed that I did not have to wait for him to review my accounts.
