The staff are friendly and professional. I went to have a document notarized and the entire visit was less than 15 minutes.
This has always been a such a great place to do banking. The people are nice, the place is clean. But they've had a change in management and now it's just horrible. There is now a typical 30+ minute wait, inside or drive through. The airport Rd location is closer to an hour. This is no doubt in part due to the hassle required to make a basic deposit . They now need a manager approval to make a deposit. They will either do a 5 day hold on your check or need a manager approval for any over $2500. We are not trying to withdraw ... read more
We unfortunately are leaving Guadalupe after several years. Wait times now run in excess of 30 minutes. No doubt this is due in part to the larger issue, which is that there is a 5-day hold on most deposits even after we've been a customer here for years. So buyer beware, if you want to deposit over a $2,500 check, if there's not a manager on duty you have a 5-day hold on your deposit. This is insane and we're leaving is a result. Ridiculous
