RecommendedI’ve been with this CU since 2016 and they look outside the box to help you out espanola branch are wonderful people , but this phone issue need to be fix . They send you to people who are not their then you have to leave a voicemail and they never ever call back ! Once again your on hold for another 20 mins super frustrating.. it’s hard to get ahold of the person your trying to get ahold of .. the only way is if they give you their card
I called on Tuesday to request a bank statement to be either faxed or emailed to me, after being shuffled from person to person and waiting, no joke, 30 minutes I finally had someone tell me they would email me a bank statement....okay....so I waited and waited and waited....no bank statement 2 days later...called again today same issue shuffled back and forth waited and waited and someone told me we email it right over....an hour later no email. Called back and an awesome lady by the name of Darlene finally faxed me a bank ... read more
