This place is the worst banking institution I have ever done business with. It takes way too long to have access to MY money. When I go to deposit a check it takes an act of congress to get them to do their job and deposit MY money. I am going to be closing my account this week.

It’s stupid that you guys are t open on Monday July 6th! People have things to do and need to go to the bank. The bank already has limited hours. Now you closed after a holiday?! Just another reason why I hate the credit union.
after banking with another bank for about 10 years and then never helping me out I started with Guadalupe Credit Union in August of last year and I've already bought two vehicles with them
Guadalupe Credit Union, has great people and assisted in times of need. Covid-19 has been stressful and caused worry, but thankfully you all are there!
they're fast easy if there's a problem they always fix it
can't get real help. they charged me late fees that shouldn't have been charged and then tell me 7 months later that I'm behind after I call to see why they reported negative on my credit report. pay early and it's not accounted for. loan offers can't help and the collections department is also no help. I'm sick and tired and over it. I will not take down my post again like I was asked to in the past
