If there was an option to give 0 stars that's what I would give this bank, Accessing your own funds should be a simple task, but in dealing with Christian and his supervisor Rosie they were able to accomplish nothing and they made it very difficult and frustrating. Instead of trying to LISTEN to the customer, he just acted like he knew everything, completely disrespectful and quite unprofessional. Used to be a good bank, then they started treating customers like any other large bank charging fees and not caring about their customers. You might as well go anywhere else
I’ve used this bank for decades. My experience has been if there is a problem they do their absolute best to rectify it.
Horrible bank. I used them for decades. Post Covid they became more and more gross. Using Covid as an excuse they didn’t open the lobby on 27 between Kerrville and Ingram. Inside that branch is disgusting. They are using it as a storage unit. I went to close my safe deposit box and felt like I was in an episode of Hoarders. Guadalupe is also abusing fees. They will steal any funds they can. Absolutely disgusting 🤢.
Worst bank ever!!! Whatever you do don’t bank there! They will hold you elderly parents money and let them suffer. Tell you to get guardianship then you do and it’s still not good enough!!! Only your grandma will suffer!!! They blatantly ignore judges orders!!
