Mrs Melinda is absolutely amazing. She honed in on what I injured and was immediately at work getting my strength back where I needed it at first and then just changing me up with my exercises as needed. After 4 yrs of recovery from my accident I burned out at 9 push-ups. After being there for just 1 month I started seeing big changes in my strength and mobility.
